Everything is designed from our studio here in Singapore. We read childrens' books (kids ones are simply the best!), visit museums and art galleries, go on nature walks, browse cool blogs online, and reference popular culture when ideating. When we are faced with a choice, we ask ourselves how a kid would see it. We often come full circle and end up choosing the more simple and straightforward approach. We find that this is good advice not just for designing, but for life in general.

Designs that Tell Stories

For every collection, we begin by asking ourselves what new story we would like to tell. We find that designs emerge much more easily when we are clear about the mood, feel and story that we want to convey. We try to dig deep to uncover fun and non-traditional concepts in kids wear, so that the clothes you take home don’t all have the same ideas and concepts on them, but are more free in spirit, distinctive and special.

Kids Clothes for Babies, Boys and Girls

While we began designing only for girls, we now produce apparel for all children aged 0 – 12 years, baby boy clothes and baby girl clothes included. Our baby range begins from 0 years – 2 years, and our older kids clothes start from 2 years all the way up to 12 years.   Our prints continue to be gender neutral, so they are suitable for both boys and girls, which makes matching and twinning more fun across siblings. For silhouettes, we keep our garment shapes simple and find that we don’t have to reinvent the wheel much because our prints usually do the talking.
