How to Personalise Your Gifts

A thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes. Customise gifts to your loved ones with name embroidery. Here are the simple steps:

1.  Pick your item

Choose from a wide range of personalisable gifts: Jellycat bunny, Steiff or Jellycat soother, or selected apparel such as pajamas and baby rompers.

2. Give us your text

Embroider a maximum of 8 characters - spaces included. We recommend a capital to start and small letters after.

3. Select your font

Choose Script font for a softer look or Block typeface for a more modern feel. We’ll pick out a suitable thread colour to go with your gift.

4. Choose delivery method

Pick up at our United Square store after 5 business days or choose doorstep delivery. You'll be notified once your order is ready for collection! All orders above S$80 ship for free in Singapore. Free worldwide delivery above S$200. If your country is not listed on our website, please give us a buzz!

1. Can I bring my own Jellycat soft toys to embroider?

Soft toys often provide comfort to their owners and we would be utterly gutted should any irreversible error occurs during the customisation process. We seek your understanding that we only personalise new Jellycat toys and apparel purchased from Sea Apple.

2. How long does it take to personalise my Jellycat soft toys / Sea Apple apparel?

Kindly allow us 5 business days to embroider your soft toys and apparel.

3. How much is the Sea Apple personalisation service?

$18 per item.

4. Can you help me gift wrap my personalised Jellycat soft toys / Sea Apple apparels?

Absolutely! Simply check the gift wrapping options and type out your message. We will choose the most suitable gift box / gift wrap for your purchase. Gift wrapping service is chargeable at $6.

5. What are your delivery options?
