Wholesale Terms & Condition

- All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

- To qualify for wholesale pricing, a minimum order of $800 has to be made for

each new collection

- Prices do not include delivery & shipping

- We provide free delivery for all local/Singapore orders

- International orders are shipped from Singapore via DHL, or a courier of your

choice. When checking out via our online system, please select the option for

“DHL Express Courier” and an estimate of the shipping charges will be shown

- Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes at destination

- For local/Singapore orders, payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque.

Please select the option for "Bank Transfer" when checking out.

Cheques should be made to "Sea Apple Pte Ltd"

- For international orders, payment can be made via TT or credit card/Paypal

*By Credit Card: Payment can be made directly on our website via VISA,

Mastercard or Paypal. There will be an additional charge of 3.8% to cover

our transaction fees here, which we will invoice separately for after your

order has been made.

*By Bank Transfer: Inward TTs can be made to our Singapore bank account.

Please select the option for "Bank Transfer" when checking out. We

recommend using Transferwise, which has the lowest fees for overseas

transfers.

- We will create an account for you to gain access to our wholesale website. You

will receive an invitation email from us and will need to complete the account

set up with a password.

- Once you have logged in, you will be able to view our wholesale items and

prices and make an order.

- We will check your order and payment when in comes in and advise on

delivery timings and tracking numbers. In the event an item is no longer

available after making your order, we will write in as soon as possible to inform

you and provide a refund for those pieces.
