Our Return Policy
Changed your mind or item does not fit as expected? Don't worry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your items. We will arrange for an exchange of item or refund to you in the form of store credit. You will need to pay for the postage costs of returning the item. All items will be checked to ensure they are in their original condition (i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags and labels still on) before we proceed. We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Defective or wrong item? We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen! Nevertheless, if you still receive a wrong or defective piece, please write to us within 3 days of receiving the package at email@example.com so we can rectify it. We will bear the return postage. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.
Sales items are not eligible for returns and exchanges. Thank you!

All prices are denoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless you have opted to use the currency converter on our website.
We accept all major credit cards via our website, or through Paypal.
For Singapore customers, we also accept bank transfers to OCBC account 686 30999 8001. Please indicate your name or initials when making the transfer and email us when it is done so we know to ship your order!
