Our Return Policy

  

Changed your mind or item does not fit as expected?

 

Return the item to us either at The Sea Apple Shop at United Square, or via postal service together with this return form printed, within 14 days from the date your package is received. All exchanges or refund will be in the form of store credit, which you can use to check out the correct size/design you want. Please note that store credits are valid for 180 days from the date of issue, and are applicable to use online or at The Sea Apple Shop. All items will be checked to ensure they are in their original condition (i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags and labels still on) before we proceed. We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Personalised items, swimwear, masks and chew toys are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Sales items are final, and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  

Defective or wrong item?


We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen! Nevertheless, if you receive a wrong or defective piece, please write to us within 10 days of receiving the package so we can rectify it. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.

 

Payment and Pricing

All prices are denoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless you have opted to use the currency converter on our website.

We accept all major credit cards via our website, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
